BCM Group expands media and performance teams with three key appointments

BCM Group has today announced the expansion of its full-service media and performance teams designed to support its new structure, as it continues to drive growth and strengthen integration across the agency.

Brisbane’s largest independent full-service agency has bolstered its media offering, with the appointment of Natalie Pahor into a newly created Digital and Operations Manager role and Alex Ainsworth as Performance Manager.

In addition, Jai Nuth joins the agency’s performance team as a Performance Specialist, supporting BCM’s recently launched Search Works, a data-driven brand visibility product, built to help brands increase total search visibility.

Pahor brings more than 17 years’ agency and client experience in global marketing and digital roles to BCM Group, specialising in project management, customer experience and data analytics.

She joins BCM from the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, where she led the delivery of a $2 million national e-learning program. Prior to this, Pahor held senior marketing and operations roles at Chandler Macleod Group, Ladbrokes Australia, Criteria Corp and Neural Digital.

Ainsworth has nearly a decade of campaign and performance experience, working primarily for AKQA Media. She started her career there as a Performance Co-Ordinator, before being promoted. She joins BCM Group from a Campaign Manager role at Neural Digital.

Nuth honed his performance marketing skills at Springboard Digital, joining the agency as a graduate Digital Marketing Executive in 2023, before being appointed to Paid Media Specialist last year.

Says Lukas Temple, Managing Director of BCM Group: “Nat, Alex and Jai’s appointments continue our efforts to deliver an experienced, unified team for our clients. Their roles will support our new agency structure, along with our Search Works product as it continues to gain momentum in the market. We know that growth of this kind requires the right people – that’s why we’re investing in our full-service media and performance teams, recruiting talent that strengthens our ability to deliver a holistic approach to brand visibility.”

Says Pahor: “My career goal has always been to work in organisations that encourage a curious, empathetic and analytical mindset. BCM Group delivers that, with its commitment to innovation, growth and integration. The agency’s focus on bringing together media, performance and creative thinking aligns with how I believe modern marketing should work. I’m looking forward to strengthening our capabilities and delivering even greater value for clients.”

The appointments follow BCM Group’s recent restructuring of its agency model, combining its strategy and creative director roles into a new Creative Strategy Lead function, and launching a new dedicated Craft Team for a more integrated client approach. The agency’s integrated offering includes Media and Creative, IVY PR and Veracity Research.

Existing Head of Strategy Head of Strategy Dave Mooney and Creative Director Sam Boyd were both appointed into new Creative Strategy Lead roles, partnering to set the agency’s strategic and creative direction, while the new 10-strong Craft Team, led by newly instated Head of Craft Miguel Gadea, launched with the appointment of former DDB staffer Natalia Spreys as Head of Motion Design.

BCM is Brisbane’s largest integrated independent media agency with more than 35 staff. It recently won at Spikes Asia in the media, data-driven targeting category and the 2024 Effies in the Positive Change Category. All appointments are effective immediately.
