Bank of Melbourne inspires Victorians to walk their walk via Saatchi & Saatchi, Melbourne
Bank of Melbourne has this week launched the evolution of its ‘For the Makers’ campaign in collaboration with Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne, titled ‘Walk your Walk’.
Says Jac Phillips, head of brand and marketing, Bank of Melbourne: “There’s an undeniable pulse to Victoria. It’s alive, full of restless thinkers and creators, doers and makers – all working towards their goals in unique ways. We’re proud to unveil the next stage of our ‘For The Makers’ brand campaign, inspired by Victoria’s energy and individuality.”
Says Mark Cochrane, managing director, Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne: “As a state that walks the walk, rather than talks the talk, we’re really pleased with how this campaign captures the maker spirit of Victorians. It’s been a really collaborative process with all involved.”
The first part of the campaign will be prominent across Victoria in TV, social, out of home and in-branch.

Sweet, another montage ad.
What the hell are you talking about @Pseudonym? this makes montage ads look good.
Needed that Craig David song
And after many, many hours of creative ideation, creative director filtering, countless client/agency meetings…this…????????
Nice pictures Sammy Chiplin.
hope the client walks
This is great, love the drag queen!
Better than ANZ and Westpac. Worse than NAB and Commbank. So 5/10.
You know how people walk?
Well, have we got an ad for you!
The cut-down is actually quite nice. Much prefer the 15 second.
Good. Different.
One of the dudes was running pfffttt stupid ad doesn’t even know how to walk.
In this awesome ad, we get to see everyday people through the eyes of a malevolent spirit. It freaks me out that they just go about their lives, shopping and ice skating and stuff, and they never even realise the danger they’re in. It’s really deep. I mean, what if there’s an invisible evil spirit watching me right now? Hashtag goosebumps.
