AWARD School 2020 Virtual Graduation Night – just one week to go: 6.00pm AEST, Wed 29 July

Back in January the call went out from AWARD to all ‘Hardcore Thinkers’ to apply for this year’s AWARD School. The response was huge: more than 520 applicants came forward, from whom 192 hardcore thinking students for AWARD School 2020 were chosen.

But…little did anyone know then that 2020 was about to turn into a seriously Hardcore Year.

AWARD School 2020 has been like no other, with Asia-Pacific’s most acclaimed course in creativity having to be repurposed to get over the hurdles of the COVID-19 crisis. But students and tutors alike have risen brilliantly to the challenge of making 2020 AWARD School the best yet, despite extraordinary circumstances.

AWARD School Virtual Graduation Night 2020 will be a live-streamed ceremony on Facebook Live, full of excitement and surprises. It’s the first opportunity to marvel at the amazing body of work produced by this year’s students and to celebrate this year’s top students and state winners.

All state winners will automatically qualify for the Super Jury round, with the national winner announcement to be made on Wednesday, 12 August.
