AVID launches national brand platform with dual campaigns via Martins Brand House

Following a decade of significant growth that has seen it become one of Australia’s leading residential developers, AVID Property Group has launched a new national brand platform, alongside a refreshed brand campaign for its Vantage over-50s lifestyle communities, created in partnership with Adelaide-based Martins Brand House.

The campaigns establish a connected brand architecture across the business while giving both brands their own distinctive emotional positioning.

The launch follows a milestone period for AVID, which has celebrated its tenth anniversary, expanded nationally through the acquisition of Villaworld Homes, established the Vantage brand and, most recently, acquired AVJennings.

At the centre of the new AVID campaign is the creative platform ‘Together, we bring more’.

The campaign reflects AVID’s belief that exceptional communities are shaped by more than homes, streets and infrastructure. They are defined by the people who live there, the relationships they build and the sense of belonging that grows over time.

Through a series of authentic moments, including families gathering, neighbours connecting, children exploring and communities celebrating together, the campaign captures the human experiences that transform a development into a place people are proud to call home.

The campaign culminates in a long-table gathering that brings together different generations and life stages, reinforcing AVID’s commitment to creating places where people feel connected from the very beginning.

Says Linda Walsh, General Manager Marketing, Customer and Sales, AVID Property Group: “As AVID has grown, we’ve remained focused on creating communities where people genuinely feel connected. ‘Together, we bring more’ captures the philosophy that has always guided us, as it’s about recognising that while we thoughtfully design and deliver great places, it’s the people who ultimately bring those places to life.

“This campaign reflects who we are today and where we’re heading as we continue to grow across Australia.”

Says Brett Williams, CEO, Martins Brand House: “AVID has always understood that communities are defined by more than what is built. They’re shaped by the people who live there, the relationships they form and the experiences they share over time.

“‘Together, we bring more’ expresses that philosophy in a way that is both emotionally engaging and flexible enough to grow with the business.”

Says Kent O’Halloran, Creative Director, Martins Brand House: “Rather than focusing on houses and masterplans, we wanted to focus on what people ultimately experience. The parks, streets and homes create the setting, but it’s the relationships and shared moments that give a community its heart.”

Running alongside the AVID campaign is a new national campaign for Vantage by AVID, introducing the platform ‘Rise up to more’.

The campaign positions Vantage as a contemporary and aspirational expression of over-50s living, celebrating greater freedom, wellbeing, connection and opportunity.

Says Walsh: “Vantage isn’t about stepping away from life; it’s about rising into a stage where people have greater freedom to choose how they want to live each day.”

Set across coastal and resort-style environments, the film follows residents embracing an active lifestyle through swimming, walking, fitness, entertainment, travel and time spent with friends and family. Rather than portraying retirement as a slowing down, the campaign presents it as an opportunity to embrace life more fully.

Adds Williams: “‘Rise up to more’ reflects an optimistic and contemporary outlook. It positions Vantage as an elevated lifestyle offering while remaining grounded in the authentic experiences residents enjoy every day.”

Rolling out nationally across television, digital, social media and supporting brand communications, the campaigns establish a cohesive brand system that unites AVID’s broader philosophy of creating places where people belong with a distinctive expression for its growing over-50s offering.
