Anthologie Perth partners with Anglicare WA to launch new “Thrive Together” platform
Independent impact studio Anthologie has partnered with Anglicare WA to create “Thrive Together”, a new creative platform and organisational purpose to support Anglicare WA’s 2030 Strategy and mark a significant moment in the organisation’s 50-year history.
Developed through a collaborative strategic and creative process, “Thrive Together” was designed to capture the spirit of Anglicare WA’s work across Western Australia: helping people, families and communities ‘thrive’ through connection, care and collective progress.
Rather than creating a traditional external campaign, the Perth based studio worked closely with Anglicare WA to develop a platform that could live from the inside out. Through workshops, engagement sessions, feedback moments and shared creative experiences, staff were invited into the process to help ensure the platform felt authentic, human and owned from within.
Mark Glasson, Chief Executive Officer at Anglicare WA, said: “As we look ahead to 2030 and celebrate 50 years of service, Thrive Together gives us a shared language for the work we do and the impact we want to create. It reflects our commitment to walking alongside people, families and communities, and reminds WA that meaningful change is something we build together.”
Cinnamon Simpson, Manager of Brand and Communications at Anglicare WA, said: “Thrive Together is a raw and authentic campaign that’s been a few years in the making. To see it now launched is incredibly rewarding – it speaks to empowerment, humanity, and the belief that we’re better when we show up for each other and work together. It marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Anglicare WA.”
The campaign launch collateral was brought to life through a community screen-printing activation with the Anglicare WA team at North Metropolitan TAFE, where Thrive design assets were created collaboratively and organically. The activation became both a creative expression of “Thrive Together” and a culture-building moment designed to be replicated across the organisation and broader WA community.
The resulting campaign assets have been developed for rollout across digital, social, audio and out-of-home channels, including a prominent animation on the Yagan Square tower.
Josh Edge, Executive Creative Director at Anthologie, said: “Thrive Together is more than a campaign line. It is a philosophy built around the belief that humans can only make it by helping one another – just as we’ve almost done. In a world where one of the world’s richest men can call empathy a ‘fundamental weakness’, Anglicare WA were brave enough to promote radical empathy as an organisational strength. They play such an important role in the lives of thousands of Western Australians, so our job was to help shape a way of speaking that felt true to who they are, and was strong enough to carry them into the future.”
