Amanda Hicks to lead brand and marketing for KPMG Australia as national managing partner

KPMG Australia has announced Amanda Hicks’ appointment as national managing partner – brand and marketing and member of the firm’s national executive committee.

 

Hicks will continue to lead the firm’s Customer, Brand & Marketing Advisory business, which works with clients to help their organisations achieve sustainable growth by putting customer outcomes at the centre of every decision

In her new role, Hicks will be responsible for leading KPMG’s marketing and branding function in Australia. She initially joined KPMG through the firm’s acquisition of her business, Acuity Research & Insights and was appointed to lead the Customer, Brand & Marketing Advisory (CBMA) team in July 2019.

Says Gary Wingrove, CEO, KPMG Australia: “Amanda has proven herself to be a strong leader with excellent marketing and brand credentials. Our presence in the market is critical to our success, and Amanda is well credentialed to drive our strategy to position our brand externally.”

Her appointment is effective from 1 December 2019.
