It’s Dolla Dolla Deals Y’all: Menulog launches new value platform featuring Wu Tang Clan rap legend Inspectah Deck via Thinkerbell
Australian-born on demand delivery platform Menulog has today launched its new ‘Dolla Dolla Deals’ value platform via Thinkerbell; highlighting to customers the more than 20,000 offers, bundles and surprises available every day via the Menulog App.
To help Aussies live large on a budget, Menulog has recruited the legendary Inspectah Deck from the Wu-Tang Clan.
No stranger to wheeling and dealing, the new ‘Dolla Dolla Deals’ campaign is set to the legendary Wu Tang Clan track C.R.E.A.M (Cash Rules Everything Around Me), famous in culture for its lyrics “Dolla Dolla Bills Y’all!”. Co-written by Inspectah Deck himself, C.R.E.A.M first dropped on airwaves 30 years ago, with the release of the Wu-Tang Clan’s debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers).
Says Inspectah Deck: “Menulog are true champions with how many deals and dolla dolla bills they’re splashing to give people the best value everyday.”
The new value platform will be supported across TV, radio, OOH, earned and social; with iterations of the value campaign to be developed and launched throughout 2023.
Says Sesh Moodley, head creative tinker, Thinkerbell: “Menulog has a really strong connection to music and pop culture in particular, being famous for their ‘Did Somebody Say’ tracks with Snoop Dogg and Katy Perry. When we were briefed to come up with a value platform it was a no brainer to hit up Wu-Tang Clan, arguably the greatest and most influential group in hip hop history. The C.R.E.A.M track was the perfect fit.”
Delivering value plays a key part in Menulog’s mission to deliver joy across Australia, and the sheer number of deals on offer both from Menulog and its suppliers, means Menuloggers can feel like a baller with every order.
Says Simon Cheng, marketing director at Menulog Australia: “Menulog has been delivering joy to Australia for over 17 years now and Dolla Dolla Deals is our commitment to providing the best value to Aussies when we all need it most. We encourage everyone to jump onto the Menulog app and find out what deals and offers are in your area today.”

Well Feck! Love it, man.
Wu Tang Clan!!!
That’s kind of beautiful.
CREAM from 36 Chambers! THE best album by far of the mid 90s. Check out American Saga on stan.
That is a thing of beauty.
Daaaamn that’s catchy!
That’s good! Damn Menulog.
Well done pal.
Good one, Nick.
Love it
Hey y’all, it’s “y’all” not “ya’ll” because it’s an abbreviation of “you all”.
While the two versions may seem interchangeable or otherwise similar, contractions use an apostrophe where words are divided. Since y’all is a shortening of “you all,” the apostrophe is inserted at the words’ point of division between y and all.
So y’all equates to you all, or y(ou) all.
Thank you for your time.
Amazing… what a great client to sign off a Wu track and cameo. Hats off to agency and client alike.
MC LITTERBUG album is filthy.
This is cool, but the hook used (which is a classic) is Method Man not Inspectah Deck.
Either way – 99.9% of people won’t notice and it’s such a good piece of audio.
Lovely work guys. Hats off to Menulog… that Katy Perry one was annoying.
Love it. Applause to the client and agency. As a huge Wu Tang fan i’m super jealous! Definitely a grail piece for any book.
He was in it more. But the hook / tag combo is strong, no denying
Who is that lol
for some Dolla Dolla Meals
that you managed to find a member of the wu tang clan that no one has ever heard of
one of those ads that reminds you of the power of music, and having enough $ to go out and pay for something epic.
Dad told us about the Wooting Club. They’re low key triggering.
Imagine only listening to music from one generation. How boring.
you don’t speak for us all
Credit where it’s due. Landing Wu-Tang deserves a round of applause.
Szechwan Chicken Sauce! 👊
No brainer is accurate.
Eric B and Rakim, those were the days.
More Thinkerbell comments littering this page than the confetti scattered across that spot. Let the work speak for itself gangstas.
My takeout was that they’re offering $1 deals as part of a promotion – and not the ‘best value meals’ as the press release purports the brief to be. It’s an easy fix but something that’s clearly been overlooked.
Nice work Heckler and team. Fun!!
Who started using ‘did somebody say’ first, was it KFC or Menulog?
Did somebody say KFC? – Did somebody say Menulog?
KFC uses “Did someone say” vs Menulog “Did somebody say”.
It’s interesting to note the difference between the Uber eats work and Menulog. Uber eats at least try and offer a gag or an insight while using famous people. And they try and make it relevant to Australians. Menulog just use famous people. Famousssssss. Great for the talent agent. Not really great for our industry, especially when it’s talent that wouldn’t be picked for anything in the US except maybe a car dealership.
Menulog ain’t nothin’ to **** with.
Haha… Wish!
