Ford Performance Vehicles shoots $1m ‘Legends’ TVC at Mallala race circuit via Wilson Everard
The creative directors at Wilson Everard got to play with over a million dollars worth of classic Ford Falcon GT’s at South Australia’s Mallala race circuit for the filming of Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV) new ‘Legends’ TVC.
Race legend Allan Moffat drove all of the cars including the original GT from 1967 and the legendary Phase 3 GT to today’s supercharged Boss 335 GT.
Adelaide’s Ernie Clark Films shot the spot, written and art directed by Wilson Everard’s Jeremy Wynne and Justin Groves.
Says Wynne: “FPV have a rich heritage in producing high performance V8’s and this ad celebrates the whole line of legends up right back to the start in 1967.”
The campaign is currently running on FTA TV supported by digital.

Certainly looks like a million dollar spot
Very serious
My old Tae Kwon Do teacher had that 70s blue and white Cobra model.
So where did the money go??
oh my.
What a waste of good toys.
I suppose when FPV give you 20 dollars and 50cents to make a TV ad, that’s what you get.
Limp. Doesn’t even come close to rival HSV’s brand spots from last year.
