Phoebe Cook_Emotive (1).jpgEmotive has today announces the appointment of Phoebe Cook to the newly created role of social distribution manager. Cook has over 15 years’ experience in digital, previously holding the position of content and social marketing manager at Optus for 3 years.

Central to Emotive’s distribution approach is the consumer centric creative process titled ‘Social to Scale’ which triangulates three key measures correlated to effectiveness including real time social performance, AI powered facial coding and survey analysis. Specifically, Cook will be responsible for all social performance, ensuring creative is tailored to channel, constantly optimised and engagement time is maximised.

Says Cook: “I am pumped to join the team at Emotive, I have watched on fondly over the years and have been impressed with their end to end offering and track record of producing fearless creative, and most importantly finding the right audience. The opportunity to join the team, work with great clients via a creative process that adapts to the marketing landscape, was too good to pass up.”

This appointment follows a period of significant growth for the Sydney agency, which announced its new strategic positioning and rebrand late last year which saw them expand into a full-service creative agency, delivering content, ads and experiences.

Says Jamie Crick, head of distribution and analysis, Emotive: “We are really excited to have Phoebe join the Distribution team. Our investment in our proprietary Brand Resonance Dashboard has been a game changer for the business, and I know Phoebe’s expertise will only add to this product and process.”
