Hungry Jack’s customer pranks his friends for Halloween in new online campaign via Channel T
Creative agency Channel T has helped Hungry Jack’s launch its ‘Scarily Good’ Halloween Whopper campaign by having customer Adam, prank a bunch of his friends for Halloween.
As part of a national campaign rolled out in more than 400 restaurants across Australia, Channel T Sydney created digital and social media videos, animated social posts and unique in-store point of sale materials to promote the QSR’s limited edition Halloween Whopper.
This is the first time Hungry Jack’s has launched a limited edition Whopper with a new jack-o’-lantern-inspired cheesy bun.
Says Scott Baird, chief marketing officer, Scott Baird: “We’ve never altered the taste of the bun, but we think the cheddar cheese will be the perfect accompaniment to our flame-grilled beef patty in our new Halloween Whopper.”
Says Marrianne Little, creative director, Channel T: “Hungry Jack’s are such an inspiring business to work with. They make bold marketing choices, challenging the team here at Channel T to push the boundaries and give them a campaign that really captured the fun of Halloween and effectively transcended traditional media channels.”

Channel T is a market research agency.
@Stop. You are wrong. It’s not.
Wait…How many Creative Directors were needed for this?
Were you meant to see the Go Pro Mount shadow at the start?
I am bewildered at how many people are on the credits for something like this…
Three designers, five creative directors?
Good on ya Channel T- you must of all had to try really hard to get something like this together.
@credits, you could do with some creative director overlooking your appalling use of English, ‘must of’ really?!
The new Whopper Freakout!
I don’t know about selling whoppers, but it made me laugh.
