Brownes teams up with WA electronic artist Pogo to create a video for its Shake ‘n’ Shake product
WA’s most established Dairy, Brownes, has teamed up with Perth-born world-renowned electronic artist Pogo to create a fun and innovative video which invites people to do some impromptu dancing on the streets of Perth.
The video, promoting Brownes Shake ‘n’ Shake, is a first for Brownes because it uses a WA artist to design, film and produce the entire creative concept. It is also the first video shot by Pogo in his home town of Perth.
Pogo is one of WA’s most successful electronic remix artists, boasting a global Youtube following of over 330,000 subscribers and over 95 million views worldwide. His work often involves recording small sounds and melodies and sequencing the clips together to form an entirely new piece of music.
Brownes managing director Ben Purcell said Pogo’s creativity and unique style of music was the perfect fit for Shake ‘n’ Shake.
Says Purcell: “After seeing some of Pogo’s previous work, we were really keen to see what ideas he could develop for Shake ‘n’ Shake.
“The end product is fantastic. It’s fun, feel-good and a great advertisement for Perth and Western Australia.
“It’s also quite funny watching some of the dance moves on the streets.”

Honesttly, why PR this…it feels totally dated and dull. The creatives should take a leaf out the Cannes winning Thai milk shake work.
Shoulda called Pharrell Williams
If your product is gonna get people dancing, you should ask Pharrell Williams to take care of the gig otherwise it will end up looking like this
Did they throw the product in the ocean?
SHITE ‘n’ SHITE
Greatest number of hits for a Brownes spot since they featured Rusty Gates.
