Saatchi & Saatchi Australia scores two Gold Lions for Toyota 4WD at Promo Lions
Saatchi & Saatchi Australia scored two of only eight Gold Lions awarded at the Promo Lions ceremony tonight, both for the Toyota 4WD ‘Nothing soft gets in’ campaign, which also won three Gold Lions at the Direct Lions, awarded earlier tonight.
Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne scored a Silver Lion for Guide Dogs Australia ‘Support Scent’ and Leo Burnett Sydney won a Silver Lion for Canon ‘Photochains’. Only 20 Silver Lions were awarded. Both campaigns won Gold Lions at the Direct Lions earlier in the night. The Grand Prix was awarded to TBWA\CHIAT\DAY LA, USA for Gatorade’s ‘Replay’, which also won the Direct Grand Prix. Clemenger BBDO Melbourne also won a Bronze Lion for M&Ms ‘Bare All’and BMF Sydney won a Bronze Lion for MLA ‘Lambassador’. Only 26 BronzeLions were awarded.
Meanwhile New Zealand would be disappointed, winning only two BronzeLions, both for Orcon Broadband ‘Orcon + Iggy’ via Special, Auckland,which also won the Grand Prix in Direct.
