WPP signs on as first major tenant at GPT’s 51 Flinders Lane development in Melbourne

The GPT Group (GPT) has today announced WPP as the first major tenant at its premium $555 million development, 51 Flinders Lane.
As the first tenant, world leader in marketing services, WPP has committed to some 4,540sqm of quality office space, spanning six levels for its 700 Melbourne employees.
Situated in Melbourne’s sought-after Paris end, WPP was drawn to 51 Flinders Lane’s elevated workplace experience offering with the opportunity to provide its people with state-of-the-art office facilities in a prime location.

Construction of the development is underway and anticipated to be completed in March 2026.
