Wipe Nan’s lipstick off the glass, Brookvale Union launches new campaign via Bounce Creative
Brookvale Union, the side hustle of 4 Pines Brewing Co and powerhouse brand behind Australia’s # 1 alcoholic Ginger Beer, has launched its new ‘Simply Classic’ campaign via Bounce Creative, to support the latest RTD to grace tongues across Australia – Vodka Lemon Lime Bitters.
Set in a classically Aussie bar, with a juggling bartender who doesn’t mind smashing a cocktail glass or 3, you can almost taste the nostalgia of this quirky content piece.
Says Joel Chapman, creative director, Bounce Creative: “As we continue to work closely with the brand team, we’ve leaned on the key audience insight that Aussie drinkers are turning to familiar tastes and lower alcohol RTDs for a lighter more sessionable alternative. This was something that we wanted to reflect in our lighthearted and simple campaign. With a product that captures the classic lemon lime bitters flavour so well, it was important for us to focus on authenticity with our choice of location, casting and styling – all paying homage to the drink’s origin.”
With a growing range of familiar flavours like Vodka & Peach Iced Tea and Spiced Rum Ginger Beer, the addition of Vodka Lemon Lime Bitters continues to cement Brookvale Union’s position in the light RTD segment.
Says Max Farrow, brand manager, Brookvale Union: “The recipe was meticulously developed over a number of years to reflect the profile of a classic bitters-style LLB – the best kind that you know and love whether you’re at the pub, the bowlo, or stepping off the 18th hole into the clubhouse.”
The campaign is now live across social media and digital platforms. Go forth and watch it with your eyes.

What’s the idea here?
A vague nod to Salt Bae which will go over most people’s heads is not an idea.
Self explanatory if you ask me
” it was important for us to focus on authenticity with our choice of location, casting and styling – all paying homage to the drink’s origin”
All this just to say: the drink tastes like it should?
If you think this is bad, leave the industry. Seriously.
You think this is good you’re obviously not in the industry.
I thought they had a different creative agency?
25 seconds of a dude making a drink that tastes better than the product and then somehow people will be convinced the can is better than the real thing. Incredible.
