whiteGREY has today announced that it has been named a strategic partner by WP Engine, the world’s most trusted WordPress technology company. This strategic partnership follows the announcement that whiteGREY was WP Engine’s top performing 2021 agency in Australia.
Strategic partner is the top level of WP Engine’s Agency Partnership Program, which is the largest in WordPress and helps agencies of all sizes use the world’s favourite CMS to grow their business. whiteGREY becomes one of only two Strategic Partners in Asia-Pacific.
Says James Keeler, chief experience officer at whiteGREY: “Being recognised as a top performing partner in 2021 is something we’re very proud of. We choose to base much of our tech work on WP Engine as it is an excellent product. It provides whiteGREY and our clients with outstanding flexibility, scalability, performance, and security, and enables us to build exceptional digital experiences.”
whiteGREY’s success with WP Engine follows the launch of its technology strategy in 2019, which has WP Engine and headless technology at its heart.
Says Mark Randall, vice president of sales, APAC at WP Engine, added: “WP Engine is the world’s leading digital experience platform, with 8% of the world’s population visiting an experience on WP Engine every day. whiteGREY has been an excellent partner, delivering high quality projects and excellent client satisfaction.”
Says Keeler: “The benefits of WP Engine are best demonstrated through the projects we’ve recently delivered. Melbourne & Olympic Parks required a multi-site architecture for its’ six websites that could seamlessly scale based around large events; while the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust needed a way for their rangers on patrol to quickly and simply capture data to help improve their operations, when they are often out of range of mobile data.
“A leading crypto-asset insurance company was particularly concerned about security; and WP Engine is a second CMS for Volvo, which we use to deliver country-specific functionality with advanced API integrations, drastically improving speed to market.”
