Lorna Jane fashion stores launches empowering ‘You Look Fit’ Facebook application via Pusher
Lorna Jane, via digital agency Pusher, is launching an empowering Facebook application, You Look Fit, allowing women to tag their friends’ photos with pre-selected compliments to share inspiration and motivate them to live their best lives.
The innovative application is the first phase in Lorna Jane’s March/April bi-monthly campaign, A Brave New Active World.
Next month, a moving billboard will be spotted in Australia’s major capital cities via a custom-built trailer unit, covered in photos submitted from You Look Fit. The application and moving billboard will work together to propel the campaign’s message of supporting other women and joining together to be the very best version of yourself.

wow they all look like normal everyday girls…
I don’t get it. You get the app and select a pre written compliment about a friend looking fit and being empowered to be the best version of themselves? So a friend will provide a compliment that they haven’t written to pump up their friends self esteem. Yes, this will be an outstanding success.
This is weak, a compliment from a friend? facebook is all about untrue compliments like “you’ll get another guy, you’re beautiful” or “your child is so beautiful” when it looks like a scrotum.
Facebook is full of empty compliments this just adds to the heap. useless campaign.
Right, so get all typically beautiful women, who are skinny, like size 10s, completely disregard that not every girl looks like that, even heavier girls can be fit, because: fit =\= skinny… and then make a campaign calling them ‘brave’ for wearing crop tops and saying that they look fit… This seems like fatphobia to me, also, can’t people just compliment their friends without a pre-selected compliment? If you can’t do that, maybe you should reexamine yourself and your friendships… Sorry, not sorry
