VCCP Sydney chief executive officer Andrew Holt departs the agency after three years
VCCP Sydney has announced that CEO Andrew Holt has departed after three years by mutual agreement.
Holt joined the agency in 2016 after having spent 7 years with the Clemenger Group, first with Colenso BBDO in Auckland and then as managing director of Clemenger BBDO in both Wellington and then in Sydney in 2014.
Says Holt: “The last 3 years have been an exciting time at VCCP and I am proud of what we have achieved together. It has been a privilege to work with every single person in the team and I believe that the agency is set up for success in the Australian market. I want to thank everyone in the team for their commitment, passion and hard work and wish VCCP and its clients all the best for the future.”
Says Peter Polster, VCCP’s international COO: “We thank Andrew for his contribution and tremendous effort over the past years. It had been an absolute pleasure to work with him and I can only wish him all the best for the future.”
Suzie Roberts, VCCP’s international managing director, will assume this role until further notice. Suzie has previously worked in Australia with VCCP and is looking forward to reinforcing VCCP’s commitment to the market and their clients.

He’s done the old Andy Holt.
All the best for your next endeavour Holty.
Do you think it was the haircut? I’m sure you’ll find a place that suits people like you AH.
Is there anybody left?
like all the agencies you’ve led @Grouho
The sort of comment you’d expect from someone using the name of a restaurant for affluent halfwits.
A lot of talented people have tried to make a success of this agency. Seems like the UK don’t quite get the market or don’t back their people. Fatal berg next?
Bye bye another small agency with nothing to offer apart from a big global name.
