VCCP Sydney hires Melissa Warren as strategy partner; Sheridan Turner joins as GAD
VCCP is finishing off the year with two senior hires. Melissa Warren joins the strategy department as strategy partner, and Sheridan Turner has joined the account management team as group account director.
Warren is a seasoned planner, having led the strategy department at Isobar as well as being planning director at Cummins & Partners and Ogilvy. She brings experience across diverse market sectors and expertise across numerous strategic disciplines.
Warren will be working closely with VCCP’s CSO, Kim Feitelberg, across VCCP’s client base, notably with Compare the Market, Rio Tinto and Torrens University, and will also support CX director, Beth Duddy, as this area of the business continues to grow.
Says Feitelberg: “Melissa is a very sharp, and challenging Planner whose work is thorough and consequential. She is a truly integrated thinker that diligently applies herself to solving business problems. We know she will be an incredible asset to VCCP and of huge value to our clients.”
Turner brings a wealth of experience to VCCP having worked with clients in both Australia and the UK across a range of sectors including FMCG, banking, telco, government, alcohol, tourism and QSR. She has held leadership roles at agencies Wunderman Thompson, GrowthOps, and Ogilvy Sydney. Turner will be the business lead on Compare the Market and Cadbury NZ, and will also help drive business development.
Says Suzie Roberts, managing director at VCCP: “I’m thrilled to bring two highly accomplished people on board. Melissa and Sheridan’s skill, experience and demonstrated leadership will propel VCCP to new heights as we continue challenging conventional thinking for our clients.”
