Town Square promotes senior account director Katya Urlwin to head of account service

Town Square has appointed Katya Urlwin to head of account service, with a remit to lead the agency’s growing client service team and to lead relationships with clients including Armaguard, Victorian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Qatar Airways and its destination management subsidiary, Discover Qatar, a major new business win for the agency in the second half of 2020.

Urlwin’s career to date includes some of Australia and New Zealand’s most decorated agencies. Starting out at Colenso BBDO, she has also worked at DDB Aotearoa, Barnes Catmur & Friends and Clemenger Melbourne, working across major accounts including Lotto NZ, C.U.B., Air New Zealand and Sky TV.
