Tom Hoskins promoted to Executive Creative Director at BMF Australia

BMF Australia has promoted Tom Hoskins to Executive Creative Director.

 

Hoskins, who announced his promotion on LinkedIn, joined BMF in late 2021 as Creative Director, before being elevated to Group Creative Director in 2024 alongside Dave Roberts. During his time at BMF, Hoskins has played a central role in some of the agency’s most impactful behaviour-change campaigns.

Beyond the work, Hoskins has been instrumental in developing the next generation of talent, establishing the first-of-its-kind D&AD Shift x BMF paid internship program in 2022, designed to bring more diverse creative voices into the industry.

Prior to joining BMF, Hoskins spent three years at Havas as Executive Creative Director, where he worked across the group’s PR, brand experience, sports & entertainment and retail divisions, leading integrated creative initiatives across multiple business units. Before Havas, he was Executive Creative Director and Partner at BD Network, part of Havas Group ANZ, where he helped shape the agency’s human-focused creative approach.

Hoskins’ earlier career spans senior creative roles at IdeaWorks, Iris Sydney, TBWA Sydney and more.

Announcing his promotion on LinkedIn, Hoskins wrote: “There is no better way to celebrate becoming an ECD at BMF Australia, than sharing a ‘strutting along a mid-air sunset superhighway through a keyhole’ gif. Thanks for the faith and being a place full of legends, past and present, that I love.”
