Thinkerbell Melbourne promotes Jonathan Rands to Executive Creative Tinker role

Thinkerbell Melbourne has elevated Jonny Rands to the role of Executive Creative Tinker.

Rands first joined Thinkerbell Melbourne three years ago as Creative Tinker. Prior to Thinkerbell, Rands held a remote freelance role at The Monkeys Sydney, and The Monkeys Aotearoa where he helped the then-new agency secure its first two clients.

Before moving to Australia, Rands built his career at top-tier UK agencies including Wieden+Kennedy London, Grey, Havas, and Rapier, building a robust portfolio across branding, copywriting, art direction and design.

With over 14 years of experience and a multidisciplinary background that includes photography and graphic design, Rands brings a well-rounded creative vision to his new leadership role.
