The Works welcomes six new creatives – Chris Dwyer, Sandra Olech, Tom Murray, Kevin Reece, Gavin Carver and Leighton Edridge – to the team
The Works, Sydney has announced the hire of six new creatives on the back of new business wins.
The agency welcomes – from left: Kevin Reece, Tom Murray, Gavin Carver, Sandra Olech, Leighton Edridge and Chris Dwyer – to the team.
Says Damian Pincus, founder and creative partner: “We have a philosophy of creatives working directly with our clients so we have continued to beef up an already strong and multi-skilled group. It’s an exciting time for The Works as the business grows and we continue to invest in our differentiated model. We have a unique way of doing business, which delivers tangible growth for our clients.”
Dwyer has over 10 years experience in art direction and lead design roles, both nationally and internationally working on award-winning campaigns for brands such as Nestlé, Unilever, Arnotts and has had the honour of designing the cover of a book for Nelson Mandela. He has also found himself strutting his interior design skills as a contestant on Jamie Durie’s Top Design TV program.
Olech is by trade a digital and print designer working for leading organisations such as ANZ, Zurich, Virgin, NIB, SKODA and Daikin.
Murray and Reece join The Works as a creative team; between them have worked with such brands as Nestle, Guinness, Smiths and Virgin Atlantic.
Carver joins The Works from London as a copywriter and has worked with leading brands including Orange, Bacardi and Kraft. He was also recently a part of a global innovation project for Bacardi.
Edridge is an art director, UI designer, and part time UX man with 6 years experience working in digital for clients such as Smirnoff, Intel, Revlon and Samsung. He joins The Works team from Profero.
