The Works promotes Kristie Thistlethwaite to managing partner; Jasmine Lansdell becomes general manager, people and operations

The Works, part of Capgemini, has announced that Kristie Thistlethwaite is joining the senior leadership team after being promoted to managing partner. Jasmine Lansdell has also added operations to her role and becomes general manager of people and operations.
Thistlethwaite (left) joined The Works in 2017 as creative project leader, rising to become head of project management responsible for client and team management. In her new role she will manage business strategy, support the development of effective creative work, as well as drive client growth and happiness.
Says Thistlethwaite: “I’m really excited about the momentum within the agency as we’ve seen some incredible growth with existing and new clients this year.”
Lansdell (right) has managed people and culture since being appointed in 2016, during which time The Works has become one of the most recognised and awarded agencies for culture in the country. In 2019 it ranked 17th in the Best Places to Work benchmark study of businesses under 100 employees and has been repeatedly named agency of the year for culture. While maintaining responsibilities for people and culture, Lansdell will now oversee the day-to-day operations and financial management across The Works and Daresay.
Says Lansdell: “I’m proud to work for a business that truly puts its people first and now having a people lens on all financial and business decisions will continue to ensure that remains the case.”
Says Damian Pincus (centre), founder, The Works: “As The Works goes from strength to strength, I’m pleased that we’ve been able to promote people from within the agency to ensure we continue to drive forward. Both Kristie and Jas have shown strong leadership and business ability and are perfectly placed to work with our clients and people to continue with our momentum.”
