The Royal Children’s Hospital partners up with Bastion for 2025 Good Friday Appeal PR campaign

Bastion has teamed up with the 2025 Good Friday Appeal to deliver a strategic public relations campaign supporting The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH).

 

Running from March 4 to April 18, the campaign combines the Appeal’s longstanding legacy with modern digital strategies to engage new audiences and drive donations.

The initiative focuses on media engagement, ambassador relations, and storytelling to maximise awareness and participation. By expanding digital efforts, strengthening media partnerships, and highlighting inspiring patient stories, Bastion aims to broaden reach and deepen public connection.

As part of the campaign, Bastion is collaborating with ambassadors, influencers, and corporate partners to encourage community involvement. The agency’s phased media strategy leverages key platforms to ensure strong engagement leading up to Good Friday.

With a 94-year history, the Good Friday Appeal remains a major fundraising event for paediatric healthcare in Victoria. Bastion’s involvement is set to enhance awareness and fundraising efforts, ensuring greater support for life-saving care at RCH.
