The NSW Blues celebrate iconic win by chanting Tooheys iconic ‘How do you feel’ jingle
To commemorate its historic victory, breaking the 19-year State of Origin series drought of winning a decider match at Suncorp Stadium, the NSW Blues celebrated in their locker rooms by chanting the iconic “I feel like a Tooheys” jingle.
The 70s jingle, originally created by Alan Morris and Allan Johnston via Sydney agency Hertz Walpole, was re-introduced to the brand last year as part of its return to the Tooheys “How do you feel” platform via Thinkerbell, and this year has been adopted by The NSW Blues as part of their colossal wins this season.
The locker room moment including the team and inner sanctum of NSW Rugby League was captured after Game 2 and turned into a 15 second TVC which will be airing across NSW as Blues fans around the state celebrate the victory alongside the Blues team.

A tooheys
It’s been a long time since I’ve felt like a tooheys I do now
Too right!
Life imitating art. The stuff of marketers dreams.
Nice work Thinkerbell. Put this on TV.
This is the best, most convincing, most authentic ad of the year. I might be biased but I love it.
love it
Advertising isn’t hard.
You* just make it so.

i love this ad
This is the ad of the year!! Amazing and authentic. They truly love the brand. Well done thinkerbell!
not for Queenslanders
But when they sung and filmed this after game 2, it was such an embrassment, no one knew the words etc. This edit goes hard and makes it 10000 times better than the live deal.
