The Marketing Academy Launches 2026 Global Fellowship Program

The Marketing Academy has announced the launch of its 2026 Global Fellowship Program, a world-class executive development experience designed to accelerate Chief Marketing Officers and Growth Leaders into CEO and broader C-Suite roles.
Now entering its 13th year, the Fellowship Program has already transformed the careers of over 380 CMOs across 28 countries, representing the world’s most influential brands such as Amazon, Unilever, Cisco, Diageo, Mars, IBM, & Microsoft.
Delivered in partnership with McKinsey & Company and supported globally by Salesforce, TikTok, and The Brandtech Group, the program combines board-level mentoring, world-class coaching, and immersive masterclasses designed to accelerate leadership potential at the very highest level. It is seen as one of the most prestigious executive development programs in the industry.

A recent survey of Alumni found 57% have progressed into CEO or broader C-Suite roles following the program, while 32% stepped into larger CMO roles.
What’s New for 2026?
For 2026, the program evolves into a truly global format—consolidating the former EMEA, US, and APAC Fellowships into two larger international cohorts, enabling CMOs from anywhere in the world to apply. The new format reduces travel commitments while deepening the knowledge-sharing between global peers.
Fellows will attend two immersive 4-day Residentials in world-class locations plus a 1-day virtual session. Applicants will choose to apply for their desired cohort based on dates and ease of travel:
Cohort 1: Residential 1: Feb 23–27 in Kitzbühel, Austria, Virtual Day: June 10, Residential 2: Sept 7–11 in London or NYC (TBC)
Cohort 2: Residential 1: May 25–29 in Sydney, Australia, Virtual Day: July 22nd, Residential 2: Nov 23–27 in Mumbai, India
Applications are open to CMOs and Growth Leaders from anywhere in the world, who meet the criteria of experience, seniority, and ambition. Places are limited to 60 Fellows globally and awarded following a robust selection process. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply before 3rd November 2025 for Cohort 1 and before 30th March 2026 for Cohort 2.
The Fellowship continues to be delivered free of charge, with participants covering only accommodation, F&B, and travel.
