The Aunties launches new anonymous messaging tool – Auntie Intel

The Aunties, in partnership with feedback platform Signals, has launched Auntie Intel—a new anonymous tool designed to track how women, non-binary and gender diverse people working in the ad industry are feeling.

Delivered monthly via email or WhatsApp, the tool allows The Aunties’ 2,500+ members to quickly respond via a thumbs up or down. All responses are anonymous, with the option to provide more feedback if desired.

The data will be collected and analysed throughout the year to uncover industry trends and guide future programs and initiatives from The Aunties.

The Aunties is a mentoring and support network within the Australian advertising and creative industry, primarily focused on women and marginalised genders. It aims to inspire, protect, and champion individuals across various stages of their careers by offering mentorship, career advice, and a supportive community. The Aunties was founded in 2021 by MADC (Melbourne Art Direction and Design Club.
