Telstra gets punters closer to their footy team in Samsung Galaxy campaign via Ogilvy Sydney
Telstra today launched a new ad campaign aimed at footy fans. The campaign, “Get closer to your footy team”, features high-profile footballers and Telstra Ambassadors Nathan Hindmarsh, from the Parramatta Eels, and Adam Goodes from the Sydney Swans, getting up close and personal with staunch fans.
The campaign promotes a range of Samsung Galaxy devices on eligible plans, or the Samsung Galaxy 5 on Pre-Paid, that come complete with a BigPond® Footy Action Pack providing player stats, live scores, latest news and match replays. The campaign is pitched at fair weather footy fans or fanatics wanting to keep up to speed with the latest on-field action.
The campaign consists of 2 x 30 sec TVCs, radio, print, outdoor anddigital executions, and runs until 26 April 2011, when the offer closes.
