TBWA\Media Arts Lab (MAL) to sponsor Creative LIAisons and LIA Jury Lunch in Las Vegas

TBWA\Media Arts Lab (MAL) will sponsor a lunch for 125+ Creative LIAisons Global Coaching Academy mentees and the 2025 London International Awards juries that will convene onsite at Encore @ Wynn in Las Vegas for LIA’s 40th Annual event.  These two programs will take place simultaneously from 25th September and run through 3rd October 2025.

TBWA\Media Arts Lab (MAL) is the bespoke creative agency dedicated to Apple and Apple alone, with eight offices across the globe creating work across 25 markets. The agency is sponsoring a lunch at the 2025 LIA Las Vegas Judging and Creative LIAisons programs as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting emerging creative talent.

“We are thrilled to support LIA and partner with an organization that invests in the creative community,” says Brent Anderson, Global Chief Creative Officer at TBWA\Media Arts Lab. “The opportunity for young creatives to receive one-to-one coaching from industry leaders is exactly the kind of support and development they need.”

MAL is drawn to LIA’s approach of giving back to the industry through the reinvesting of award entry funds directly into a coaching academy designed to champion, nurture, and inspire young talent.

The vision of LIA to develop, nurture and help bridge the gap between training and working began in 2012. Since the inception of the Creative LIAisons onsite initiative in Las Vegas, which does not charge a delegate’s fee; more than 1700 up-and-coming creatives have attended. There is no cost to them or their company, as LIA funds their airfare and hotel accommodations.  They also have unfettered access to meet, mingle and connect with each other and the jurors during lunch, a networking party and throughout the program. LIA’s open-door judging policy is the most priceless experience of the onsite program. It gives every attendee a front row seat in the judging rooms during final Statue Discussions. No other global show allows that.

“It is always very heartening when our vision to future-proof the industry aligns with those of our clients. The whole intent of the Creative LIAisons Global Coaching Academy has always been to inspire and nurture the stars of the future,” says Barbara Levy, President of LIA. “We are grateful to TBWA\Media Arts Lab (MAL) for generously supporting our effort to give back to the industry. It’s the pulling together of the creative community that truly makes LIAisons a success.”

This year, to further bolster the Creative LIAisons virtual mentoring endeavor, two Executive Creative Directors from TBWA\Media Arts Lab (MAL) Los Angeles are mentors in the program and three creatives from Asia will join the virtual mentoring cohort. Four creatives from TBWA\Media Arts Lab (MAL) will join the onsite LIAisons program in Las Vegas.
