TAG lands Fonda marketing account

Mexican restaurant group Fonda has fully outsourced its marketing to digital studio TAG.

 

Now in its 15th year of business, Fonda is undergoing a rebrand.

TAG has joined forces with Fonda to amplify the brand’s new visual identity and seamlessly integrate the restaurant’s online and offline customer experience.

This will be achieved through customer relationship management, conversion rate optimisation, social media management across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, advertising and events.

“Since partnering with TAG, we’ve experienced growth across each digital channel,” said Fonda Co-Founder David Youl. “Their strategic approach and deep understanding of our brand have already made a huge impact. With TAG taking care of our marketing, I have full confidence that Fonda’s in good hands.”

TAG Partner and Head of Growth and Marketing Zoe Goodhardt explained that her team is taking a holistic approach to Fonda’s account, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with the overarching brand: “We’re executing highly targeted promotions and collaborations across Fonda’s restaurant network to drive engagement and customer loyalty,” she said. “We’re also working closely with suppliers to bring in-store activations to life, like an upcoming Herradura Tequila event in Windsor. It’s all about creating feel-good moments that resonate with new and existing audiences.”

TAG delivers customer experience, AI readiness, marketing strategies and implementation for medium-sized to enterprise-level businesses and emerging challenger brands. The studio has worked with clients like Adidas, MYOB, Shippit, Nala and FUNDAY Natural Sweets.
