A sausage fest.
interesting to note only 5 of the 65 attendees are women. That’s less than 8% representation. Pretty poor by any industry’s standards…
It’s only fair to note that most of the wait staff were sheilahs.
If women went then who would stay behind a do the actual work?
I only count 3 women, two of whom are non-agency (Campaign Brief and Sweet Shop). Making your point even more valid.
You aren’t counting Christy Peacock as female are you? He hates that.

There are plenty of women who would be considered senior enough to attend this. You have to wonder if they’re even on the invite list.
The only women CDs in Sydney I can think of are Rebecca Carrasco from Clems and Georgia Arnott from Banjo. They should have been there.
