Sunday Gravy hires Milly Scott as Client Services Director and Brigitte Bayard as Head of Strategy
Sunday Gravy has bolstered its senior ranks with two of the best in their craft; Milly Scott (left) has joined in the role of client services director, whilst Brigitte Bayard (right) has been appointed as head of strategy.

With over 25 years of advertising experience spanning Australia, UK, and New Zealand, Scott brings her client leadership and experience to Sunday Gravy. Scott joins the agency following a three and a half year stint at M&C Saatchi Melbourne where she was Group Account Director.
She’s collaborated with some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading brands including AAMI, Dulux, Origin Energy, WorkSafe, NZ Health Promotion Agency and NAB, building award-winning campaigns and successful partnerships along the way.
Scott expressed her excitement about joining Sunday Gravy, saying, “I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work alongside talented friends who share the same perspective – pouring our passion and drive into delivering creativity that makes a difference.”
Bayard arrives at Sunday Gravy following a five and a half year stint with Clemenger BBDO, joining as where she progressed to Strategy Partner. With over 15 years of experience, Bayard brings a wealth of strategic expertise and leadership to the Sunday Gravy team. Having partnered with clients including Asahi, Carlton & United Breweries, Simplot, Officeworks, BMW, Swisse, Beyond Blue, as well as federal and state Government projects, her work has been recognised at Effies, Cannes, D&AD and APG Awards. A respected industry mentor, Bayard has also taught at AdSchool, lectured at IPA and been part of the Aunties program.
Bayard expressed her enthusiasm for joining Sunday Gravy at this pivotal time, saying, “Sunday Gravy is at a point where it’s about asking, ‘Where do we take it now?’ The agency has exciting clients who want to do meaningful work, and they’re coming to Sunday Gravy for a true partnership.”
