Suncorp Bank launches next phase of ‘Banking you can feel good about’ campaign via The Hallway
Following the launch of Suncorp Bank’s new brand platform, ‘Banking you can feel good about’, The Hallway has released the next round of work demonstrating the positive action Suncorp is taking in its commitment to having a positive impact on the world we live in, as well as the financial wellbeing of Suncorp customers.
The latest spot focuses on home loans, offering a $3,000 solar home bonus for properties with a solar power system installed.
Says Simon Lee, executive creative director at The Hallway: “Switching to solar power is a relatively simple thing to do, but the ripple effect of doing so is far reaching. This ripple effect provides fertile creative territory that we’re having a lot of fun exploring with our partners at Suncorp.”
Says Potta Findikidis, executive manager, marketing, Suncorp Bank: “The Solar Home Bonus is a great example of the way that Suncorp Bank is helping our customers with their financial wellbeing as well as having a positive impact on the world we share. This spot is a charming way of bringing our new brand positioning to life with tangible evidence of the actions we are taking to honour our commitment to contributing to a more sustainable future for all.”
The new brand platform launched in February and will be rolled across every consumer touchpoint and supported with campaign activity across TV, cinema, digital, social and outdoor.

than the first iteration. But still feels a little icky to me.
Shouldn’t Suncorp be using a Brisbane-based agency? Might help ward against this type of wallpaper.
It’s slightly better than the first attempt. Maybe third times a charm?
Not getting all the hate, I love it!
Suncorp need to put customers first. Now on my third week locked out of my credit cards while they “investigate” I have banked with Suncorp over 20 years but I hsve spent 10 hours in the last week trying to get this resolved and i am treated with contempt. It was quicker to open a new account with a different bank than get Suncorp to do anything. Forget new slogans…how about delivering to existing customers
but the marketing strategy is dumb
The suggestion that Suncorp is putting customers first is rubbish.
I have been a Suncorp customer since the beginning as I was with QIDC and Metropolitan Bld Soc. Having financed 3 farms and 2 houses through Suncorp and never missed a payment I thought I would be regarded as a good customer.
When I applied for a loan to finance the downsizing of our residence , I was told NO, as I am too old, my assets and income were not considered, even preventing our redraw facility on our current home which has a $37 balance.
Fortunately another great Qld bank RACQ are providing the loan. The experience of setting up this loan has been great, far better customer service than Suncorp.
I urge all other mature customers (68 years appears to be the cut off) to reconsider their banking needs.
