Stockland taps creative startup Tightknit Studio for customer strategy + brand experience

ASX-listed property giant Stockland has appointed emerging creative agency Tightknit Studio to partner with them on its comprehensive customer strategy across its portfolio.
The partnership will see Tightknit Studio conduct an enterprise-wide analysis of the customer experience, identifying critical moments in the customer journey and creating brand experiences that drive both consumer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Says Cherie McMahon, Stockland’s General Manager, Customer and Marketing: “At Stockland, we are always looking to enhance the customer experience right across the enterprise and partnering with Tightknit Studio helps us achieve that. Tightknit bring a unique blend of business acumen, strategic insight and strong creative pedigree to cut through the complexity and create impact.”
Tightknit Studio, a creative practice recently launched by Evan Roberts and Lee Simpson, will work across Stockland’s residential, logistics, retail and workplace divisions.
Says Simpson: “As a creator and curator of connected communities in Australia, Stockland is an organisation having a positive impact on some of Australia’s biggest challenges from ageing population to robust supply chains, to sustainability. The opportunity to enhance customer experiences while strengthening the brand’s position is both a privilege and a significant responsibility.”
The scope of work encompasses strategic customer journey mapping, experience design, and the creation of ideas to reinforce Stockland’s brand positioning in competitive sectors.
