Smith & Western hosts guests at sunset champagne reception for Sculpture by the Sea

Smith & Western Studios treated guests to a sunset champagne reception and private tour of Australia’s largest annual outdoor sculpture exhibition, Sculpture by the Sea at Bondi.

 

The soiree was in celebration of Smith & Western’s partnership with the event, having recorded all the audio for the new SBTS appe.

A first in its 24-year history, Sculpture is encouraging people to donate what they can, to walk and view via the app.

Smith & Western’s tour was guided by previous winning artist and this year’s ‘Lens’ artist, Joel Adler and Dr Michael Hall, the National Art School’s Head of Art History and Theory.

Audio tours of Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi and Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe are available via the Apple App store for small donation and offers unique insights into the artists and their sculptures.
