Sentius Group unveils two business re-brands: Sentius and Shark Digital as it relocates office
Full-service consulting and advertising agency Sentius Group has launched two re-brands.
The Sentius brand has undergone an exciting brand evolution, coinciding with the company’s move into the stunning new office on South Wharf, overlooking the city and Yarra. This is the first major brand re-launch since the launch of Sentius in 2016.
Following the November 2022 acquisition of Sydney-based SEO Shark agency, Sentius has also re-branded and re-modeled the business as Shark Digital.
The Sentius re-branding was a result of revitalising the brand identity, so it can stand out in the highfunctioning and competitive agency world.
In re-branding Shark Digital, some of its former personality was retained while the rest was upgraded to align with Sentius Group. Which now stands behind Shark Digital to support along the growth and expansion journey.
The transformation of the business into Shark Digital correctly reflects its obsession with performance and best practices, as well as its high value-for-money delivery model to serve mid-sized client businesses.
Says Mark Fraser, founder and CEO, Sentius Group: “The Sentius brand evolution aligns with our consulting agency positioning and enables agile brand adaptation to each of our business units: Strategy, Digital and Creative. While the Shark Digital rebrand is underpinned by an expansion of the agency into full-service, omnichannel, digital marketing. The Sentius and Shark agency brands serve distinct customer segments and combined, form a powerful dual-brand strategy.”
On creatively leading the two major re-brands for Sentius Group, Mark Brown, design director, Sentius Group says: “As Sentius began to evolve and enter a period of significant growth, it was clear that our brand identity needed to better represent our strategic, high-level and connecting approach. Our previous brand identity was complex and lacked versatility, but it was not without a good story – so we simplified the mark while maintaining the symbolism of journey and growth. Shark Digital had a figurative, blocky design that failed to represent what the brand stood for – tech, experience and authority. The new brand identity captures the shark symbol formed from two lines, representing the merging of SEO Shark and Shark Digital. It is modern with agency appeal and ready to devour the competition in the digital ocean.”
