Sebastian Revell departs TBWA\Australia for executive strategy partner role at Emotive

Emotive has appointed Sebastian Revell to the role of Executive Strategy Partner.
Revell joins Emotive after five and a half years with TBWA\Sydney, initially joining in the role of Strategy Director and rising to the role of Head of Strategy in 2023. As the agency’s Head of Strategy, Revell was tasked with leading the direction and output of TBWA\Sydney’s strategy department across all disciplines, including brand, social and connections strategy. Revell also provided strategic direction for Apple in ANZ as Head of Strategy of its bespoke creative agency TBWA\Media Arts Lab.
Prior to joining TBWA\Sydney, Revell’s career spanned both media and creative agency roles, as well as client-side. Revell is also a mentor for The Trenches and facilitates Ad School’s strategic planning courses.
At Emotive, Revell will be responsible for further developing the agency’s data, research and effectiveness capabilities.
