Rounded + Stay Tooned join forces to help business founders + freelancers do finance better
Rounded has joined with Stay Tooned in a new partnership to help freelancers and founders understand how to manage their finances better, especially timely in an economic climate where the cost of living is rising and every dollar counts.
Stay Tooned is the parent company of The Clever Copywriting School and The Digital Marketing Collective paid memberships for founders and freelancers with hundreds of community members, and was founded by business coach and digital marketing mentor, Kate Toon.
Rounded helps thousands of Australian freelancers take control of their invoicing, accounting and tax, making it an ideal partner for educating the Stay Tooned audience on how to take charge of their finances in 2023 (and beyond).
Co-founder of Rounded, Oliver Garside (pictured above), will present a masterclass for the Stay Tooned communities on How to avoid the 5 most common mistakes freelancers make with their business finances, to dispel myths around freelancer, sole-trader and startup finance, and help business owners make better use of their time and money.
Garside says the Masterclass is about taking the stress and pressure out of managing your money: “It’s common for freelancers to struggle with managing their business finances but it doesn’t have to be that way. At Rounded we’ve spent years working alongside our customers, providing the tools and knowledge they need to take control of their businesses. We’re excited to partner with Kate and Stay Tooned and have the opportunity to demonstrate how the right tools and processes can give every solo business owner the confidence to succeed.”
For Stay Tooned, this partnership is about upskilling members and providing them with timely, relevant and practical content, says founder Kate Toon: “When I started out as a founder 14 years ago I was fearful of finances. I kept track of things in a basic spreadsheet and never felt clear on my cash flow, work pipeline or profit and loss. It was a completely different language to me. I see so many other founders and freelancers struggling with the same things, so it’s exciting to have Rounded on board. They have a fantastic reputation as being a specialist tool for the kind of businesses in our membership community, and I know this will be a really powerful session,” says Kate.
Just like Rounded, Stay Tooned advocates for freelancers and founders, and is committed to helping empower and build the potential of freelancers to create their own version of success in work and life.
The partnership also includes targeted content via email and social media, to the Stay Tooned audience of more than 50,000 followers across various platforms.
