Revolver signs innovative directing duo King She
Revolver has signed Brooklyn based directors King She, launching with new work for eBay via Special Group.
Radha Ganti and Robert Lopuski are the husband-and-wife team behind King She. Launching as a directorial duo in 2022 with their film Rare: The boy who cried Swag, the duo has made waves globally with their approach to storytelling, creating a completely singular style that never fails to excite.
Their short won them three golds at the Young Director’s Award in Cannes and their work for Apple Music x Rihanna’s 2023 Superbowl halftime teasers won them a Gold and Silver Lion at Cannes, as well as this year’s AICP award for Best New Director.
The pair have leveraged a wealth of experience as a highly successful producer and editor respectively, to carve out a unique directorial voice that is refreshingly bold and visually opulent.
Says Pip Smart, EP/partner, Revolver: “In July this year we welcomed King She to Australia to work with Special Group on eBay, and it was a truly wonderful experience, they are inspiring and dedicated. We know they were blown away by the capabilities and potential of the industry here. We are so excited to have them now on our roster for Australia and New Zealand.”

Very cool signing
Such great talent for another overseas signing with an overseas reel. Can’t wait to work with them here, hopefully they’re not too busy with the bigger budgets and better creative overseas. Our country needs their support!
