Revolver signs comedy director Taso Alexander

Revolver has announced the signing of Taso Alexander to its roster.

Known internationally for his dry comedic sensibility, Taso has a gift for finding humour in the spaces between deadpan-realism and understated-absurdism.

Thanks to his background in acting and casting prior to his transition to directing, he brings an insightful focus on performance to all his work.

Revolver’s managing director/co-owner Michael Ritchie says of the signing: “It’s tricky to find new comedic voices, however Taso might well be one that resonates in this part of the world. Not only is he truly funny, he really does foster a deeper heart in the characters he brings to the screen – we truly believe in that.”
