Revolver named 2024 Australia and New Zealand Regional Production Company of the Year at LIA

Revolver has taken out the Australasian Regional Production Company of the Year award at the London International Awards. Campaigns that Revolver shot and produced won 2 Grand LIAs, 3 Golds, 3 Silvers and 5 Bronze Statues.

 

The two multi award winning campaigns for Revolver were Sydney Opera House “Play it Safe” and Telstra “Better on a Better Mobile Network”.

“Better on a Better Mobile Network” was created by Bear Meets Eagle on Fire and directed by Jeff Low. The campaign picked up a Grand LIA, 2 Gold and 3 Silver Statues.

“Play it Safe” was created by The Monkeys, Part of Accenture Song, and directed by Kim Gehrig. The campaign won a Grand LIA, 1 Gold and 2 Bronze Statues.

In addition Revolver scored three Bronze statues for “Shift 20 Initiative” via Special, Melbourne; “Considering What?” For Channel 4 – Paralympic Games and “Takeover” for Coke Studio.

In addition, two other Australasian production studios were also recognised at LIA for their crafting of some of the most awarded campaigns at the awards. The Regional Post-Production Company Of The Year award was picked up by The Editors and the Regional Music & Sound Company Of The Year was awarded to Rumble Studios, Sydney.

Across 29 categories, 935 LIA Statues were awarded to 45 countries. The Winners and Finalists announced represent some of the top work globally, with 29 Grand LIAs, 274 Gold, 300 Silver and 332 Bronze Statues, alongside honoring 270 Finalists. The top countries were United States (277), Germany (85) Canada (75), the United Kingdom (67) and France (64). The statue wins, as well as, the Finalists were used in determining the ‘Of The Year’ Winners.
