Rally Together Ping Pong Tournament raises over $6k for WIRES; Kinetic comes out on top
More than 120 people watched on as creative agency Kinetic took out the ‘Rally Together’ ping pong tournament which raised $6,279 for the WIRES Emergency Fund.
The tournament saw 14 agencies, who each paid $250 to enter, descend on The East Village Rooftop in Sydney’s Darlinghurst last night, including: Frank Digital, Jaywing, Sweaty Betty PR, 18Communications, Chello, Bench Platform, Loyal Agency, Murmur, Kinetic (above), Canvas, Host/Havas, Atomic, Step Change and Yoghurt Digital.
The event was organised by Frank Digital and Jaywing to raise money for Wires as they help rescue and care for the animals affected by the bushfires and drought which have ravaged the country over recent months.
Says Matt Barbelli, managing director at Frank Digital: “It was really great to get all the agencies together to support this great cause. The night was such a great success and it was amazing to see how seriously everyone took it. We are looking at turning this into an annual event!”
