Quiip announces seven new clients and six appointments as business booms

One of Australia’s leading social media and online community management specialists Quiip has announced seven new client wins and the appointment of six additional staff as business growth continues in 2021.

Quiip has signed clients Unisuper, ME Bank, PAW by Blackmores, BioCeuticals, Kinora, The Cancer Institute, Turning Point and Australians for Mental Health over the past nine months.

As a result, the business has made six new appointments across community management, online community strategy and business support roles to service its growing client portfolio that also includes SBS Australia, the ABC, Woolworths, Vic Health, Sydney Adventist Hospital and Publicis Brisbane.

Says Larah Kennedy, client services director, Quiip: “It’s fantastic to see our client roster grow with aligned companies who understand the importance of community management to their organisation. We’re thrilled to be able to grow our team as we work together to help build and manage more healthy online communities.”

The expansion comes as CEO Alison Michalk takes a six-month secondment, returning in October, to focus on B Corp consulting to help other organisations join Quiip as B Corp certified businesses.

Says Michalk: “Setting the new management structure in place last year allowed us to scale the business and hit our targets despite the challenges of covid-19. That foundation has also provided me with the opportunity to take my first significant time away from Quiip in 10 years to share my B Corp experience with others. Our growing business remains in excellent hands and we’re looking forward to adding new service offerings to give organisations even more access to our strategic community insights and training and social media services.”
