QMS gets behind The Royal Childrens Hospital Good Friday Appeal

Digital outdoor media leader QMS has again joined forces with The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal to support its 2025 fundraising campaign across Victoria.
Now in its third year of partnership, QMS is using its digital large format sites to drive awareness of the Good Friday Appeal and encourage Victorians to dig deep. The campaign is running in Melbourne, and for the first time has been extended into regional Victoria, from 3 March to 21 April.
This year, the campaign will feature six-year-old Jack and four-year-old Mimi as the faces of the 2025 Appeal. Their journeys and treatments at The Royal Children’s Hospital exemplify the hospital’s vision of a world where all kids thrive.
Since it started in 1931, the Good Friday Appeal has raised more than $468 million to deliver the best possible care to patients and their families at The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
Funds raised are invested to help fund state-of-the-art equipment and technology, patient and family centred care programs and ground-breaking research. They are also used to foster staff excellence through education programs, scholarships and fellowships to attract and retain the brightest minds.
For the first time, the Good Friday Appeal is taking The Royal Children’s Hospital excellence into the regions to support regional paediatric health services, including Barwon Health, Bendigo Health, Grampians Health, Goulburn Valley Health, Albury Wodonga Health and Latrobe Regional Health.
QMS’ support will again extend beyond the out of home campaign as the team help collect donations on Kids Day Out and at the AFL Good Friday SuperClash between North Melbourne and Carlton at Marvel Stadium, as well as other volunteering and fundraising efforts in the lead up to Good Friday.
QMS Chief Operating Officer, Sara Lappage, said: “Everyone at QMS is extremely proud of our ongoing partnership with The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal and the incredible work the hospital does for sick children and their families.
“It’s an honour for QMS to utilise our digital network across Victoria and once again provide a platform to help raise awareness of this important fundraising event and encourage everyone to get involved and donate.
“No matter how big or small, every donation enables the hospital to help sick children live healthier lives and realise their full potential,” she said.
Good Friday Appeal Executive Director, Rebecca Cowan, said: “Thank you to QMS for your very generous support for the third year. Being able to share the gorgeous faces of Jack and Mimi across the QMS network is a powerful reminder to get involved in the Appeal. With the GFA and RCH continuing the funding of regional health services in 2025, it is also wonderful to expand this support into regional areas.”
