POLY creates AFL spectacular celebrating the 2022 Toyota AFL Finals Series return to Melbourne

POLY, the creative and innovation hub from oOh!media, has created a special build Out of Home spectacular celebrating the return of the 2022 Toyota AFL Final Series to Melbourne.

 

After two years of disruption the AFL wanted to reclaim September and restore the excitement and anticipation of the 2022 Toyota AFL Final Series which culminates with the Grand Final at the MCG on 24 September.

Using oOh!’s iconic spectacular site on Punt Road, located next to the MCG, POLY created a bespoke Out of Home execution that tells the story of the 2022 Toyota AFL Final Series by driving ongoing interest and intrigue for footy fans.

The flags of each of the eight finalists have been attached to the Punt Road spectacular site and every Monday the flags of the losing teams will be removed, with the winning flags repositioned, revealing a section of the billboard. On Monday 19 September the message on the billboard will be revealed in full, with the two grand finalists’ flags sitting either side of the message.
