Passion Pictures’ Mark Waring directs animated spot for Standard Chartered via TBWA\Singapore

Passion Pictures animation director, Mark Waring, in collaboration with TBWA\Singapore has created a memorable and heartwarming film for Standard Chartered.
Known for his work on Hollywood features ‘Isle of Dogs’ and ‘Corpse Bride’, Waring and the team created a charming cast of animated characters supported by painstakingly hand-crafted sets and models to bring to life this ‘chicken and egg’ tale.
Utilising Waring’s instantly recognisable stop-motion style and superlative storytelling skills, the film champions the Standard Chartered ethos that the world is a better place when we exchange what we have, and highlights the bank’s long-standing commitment to international trade.
Says Graham Pryor, executive producer, Passion Pictures Melbourne: “Mark’s dedication to craft and storytelling are immediately evident and the sum result is a film that articulates its message in a simple, genuine and meaningful way.”

There’s so many credits on this, yet we get “Animation: Passion Animation Studios”. Can we please list the people who made this happen. So tired of the BS of trying to hide away the talent under a blanket studio heading, and this trend is getting worse. Do they even know how much this damages good will and morale? Great way to destroy the team and make sure they move on to other things.
Thanks
Nice work Passion team. You guys rip.
Wow, impressive work Passion! Nice one.
