Paspaley changes modern ‘Pearl-Ceptions’ of women in new campaign via 72andSunny
Paspaley and 72andSunny Sydney have released their first work together following a competitive pitch in January.
The new campaign entitled, “Something Real” aims to help Paspaley lead the changing perception of pearls as the brand continues to connect with values of the modern woman. The campaign captures adventure, beauty and uniqueness shared by both the pearl and the woman and was shot in the stunning home of the Paspaley pearl, the Kimberley.
Says Johnny Tan, executive creative director, 72andSunny APAC: “It’s a real privilege to work on such a quintessentially Australian brand like Paspaley, and to help refresh people’s opinions of pearls through a different approach to luxury.”
Says Iris Kleimann, head of marketing, Paspaley: “The strategic and creative approach taken by 72andSunny has delivered a captivating campaign celebrating the natural beauty of Paspaley pearls and the woman who wears them. It was a great experience to work with such a passionate team.”
“Something Real” was shot by director Peter Moore and photographer David Cohen de Lara, and features Lily Sullivan as hero talent.
The full campaign will run starting today, across fashion print and OOH in major capital cities, as well as Qantas in-flight media.

Love me a good manifesto in the description copy.
So laboured.
This is actually pretty nicely made.
