Paper Moose appoints Graham van der Westhuizen to general manager role

Paper Moose has appointed Graham van der Westhuizen as general manager, to lead the award winning hybrid agency-production house as it continues to scale in market.

van der Westhuizen brings a wealth of experience to the agency, from his early years at DDB Sydney, through to establishing and scaling the first Bangkok-based office for UK agency network, Iris Worldwide. Within this he ran all strategy, creative and production for Thai Beverage owned Chang Beer both locally and internationally.

Says van der Westhuizen: “What initially attracted me to Paper Moose is the incredibly diverse range of talent which is the key to success for any creative business. Our unique mix of thinkers and tinkerers sets us apart and allows us to operate with greater efficiency to unite over our shared purpose and affect positive changes.”

Known as The Maker’s Agency, Paper Moose has continued its focus on making change happen for their clients’ businesses, from traditional behaviour change and brand building, to having a positive impact on our society and planet.

Says Nick Hunter, CEO/ECD, Paper Moose: “Graham’s enthusiasm for strategic thinking, as well as the intricate operational details of running the agency and creating great work, has already made him invaluable to the company and our clients. We’re excited to continue our strong trajectory working together to make a lasting impact in an ever changing world.”

The announcement comes off the back of a number of client wins over the last 12 months, including UTS, felix (TPG Telecom) and Unilever owned Bushells.
