Optus has launched a review of its creative agency partners.
A spokesperson from Optus said: “As part of our commitment to high standards of service, Optus conducts a review of all agencies as part of our procurement process every three years.
“This regular review ensures that we continue to work with partners who align with our values and deliver high quality outcomes to meet the evolving needs of our business and customers.”
Optus’ current agency ecosystem includes M&C Saatchi, Yes Agency and Emotive.
The previous review took place in 2019 when it added TBWA\Sydney and Bear Meets Eagle On Fire to the agency roster.
