NSW Govt gets behind FNL founder Graham Nunn’s fourth iPad ‘Lost Larry’ children’s book
Former Foster Nunn Loveder, Sydney founder Graham Nunn’s fourth iPad children’s book, Lost Larry, went on sale on iTunes App Stores worldwide last Friday.
The app, the third in the Larry Lizard book series, was developed by Nunn’s company Wasabi Productions, with the support of a Digital Media Initiative grant from the NSW Government’s Department of Trade & Investment.
“The funding has enabled us to dramatically increase the amount of interactivity in the app as well as develop a second iOS coder on the Wasabi team,” said Nunn.”There’s more animation and interaction in Lost Larry than in the previous two Larry books put together. It’s like a book with a separate game on every page”.
Wasabi is promoting the app with a short Facebook advertising campaign targeting mothers of young children in Australia, the US and UK, along with an extensive email campaign targeting previous customers, reviewers and parenting bloggers and web sites.
Wasabi is also working closely with the children with special needs Facebook group AppAble and is their current Developer of the Week.

Nice one Graham
Nice one Graham, great work. I hope you’re sales hit the roof on iTunes mate : )
Hey Graham, I thought you had to be under 21 to understand the digital landscape?
Congratulations on your third book. There’s no substitute for a good, big idea beautifully executed.
Given that most kids have infinitely more taste and judgement than most clients this is an incredible achievement. No flash in the pan writer Graham does it with concentration and hard work. There is life after advertising for those who practice both.
